System does not set your GPS tracker automatically for GPRS.  You set GPS tracker manually according to instructions in the user manual.

If tracker not work with "GPS tracker settings" You can use commands (for TK102b, TK103 and other TK devices):

Warning !!!

Please use the SIM card which is with GPRS function.
It is neccessary to turn off a PIN security on the SIM card which is intended for the device usage. You can do it either by inserting the SIM card into your phone and following the choices offered by your mobil operation menu, or you can contact your mobile operator. If you do not turn PIN security off , consequently, your device shall not work after restart. It is logical, as SIM card, after restarting requires PIN and it means that the device is unable to transmit GPRS data and alarming SMS.
